 We sell digital prints delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

 After purchase, you will receive access to download your files via:

- On-screen download link and/or  

- Email delivery  

 

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

 

5. No Refunds / All Sales Final

 

Due to the nature of digital products:

 

- All sales are final  

- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

- Use the file for personal display  

 

You may NOT:

- Resell, redistribute, or share the file  

- Use the design for commercial purposes  

- Modify and claim the design as your own  

- Upload files to third-party marketplaces or print-on-demand services  

 

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including digital prints, designs, logos, and images, is the property of Full Throttle Digital and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

You do not acquire ownership rights to any product.

 

8. Account & Access

 

You agree not to:

- Use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes  

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website  

- Share download links with others
